This special force would allow us to act within an instant that any degree os potential threat arises. Also, such a measure of immense "intervention" will send out an immediate message to our "overt" as well as "covert" nemisises. (a.k.a the Haters Incorporated).which is "If You Mess With America be It On Ground or Above Land We Will Unleash Our Arsenal So Lethal You Nor Your Confidantes Would Have A Leg To Stand! Nor Even be Able to Make An Echoing to Sound"
